Thanks to our city tour in Arequipa we will visit historical and flagship monuments that are proper of the so-called "white city." Arequipa receives the former nickname because of its sillar made buildings, a type of volcanic rock commonly used in Arequipa.

 Our next stop is the famous Santa Catalina Monastery. Built in 1579, the Santa Catalina Monastery has been admired because of its neat condition buildings which are still used these days. A small colorful village in the heart of the city with unique views that will transport to republican and colonial times.

 After that, we will visit Arequipa's main square, the cloister of the company of Jesus which was built by the Jesuits around 1660, and the Cathedral with its beautiful facade.
